Dissent Athletics will be hosting a pacing seminar on February 11th, at 11am at 1371 Gilman Road, Fort Worth, Texas. We are in the big barn right off Interstate 20. We are located in the same parking lot as Galileo Church.
What is it?
Over the past 2 years, Coach Jonathan has spent a lot of time looking more into more endurance based activities and has done less high intensity workouts. However, he has only gotten better at high intensity workouts! How is this possible?
He learned how to PACE. This means he can look at any workout written and tell you how many reps he will be able to do in a minute and get really close to the time he will be able to complete the workout at. Pacing is not only a powerful tool but a fun one!
At this seminar you will learn this tool of pacing through:
- 20 minute seminar on what pacing is and how to use it
- 10 minutes of warm up and application discussion
- 30 minutes of working out and applying strategies
